Based on the orientation meeting in which we discussed your wishes, requirements, planning and budget together, a suitable package will be offered with a corresponding estimate.

Lemòire Design offers its clients three different packages. Look below to discover which package best suits your needs. Every home is different and therefore every estimate varies.

Furniture, color and material advice
Package small is ideal when you have already made changes to the interior, but are still just missing the finishing touch. Lemòire Design can come to your location or have remote contact and together we will look at what is still missing in the interior. Then Lemòire Design will give color and material advice. Depending on the interior we make a mood board and a shopping list.

Interior design
Package medium is the most frequently chosen package. This package is convenient when you want to create a new interior within the existing construction of your home or have purchased a new home.
It is a complete interior design concept made to measure. If you want custom work, such as custom cabinets, technical drawings are required. This can be added to this package at an additional cost based on hourly rate.

Interior + building package
Are you going to remodel or add on? Then package 3 is the most suitable. In addition to the previous packages, package Large also includes: technical drawings, custom drawings, wall views, cross-sections, lighting and electrical plan according to the requirements of the performing construction companies. You can use these drawings to request estimates.
Working Methodology Lemòire Design
Orientation meeting | During our introductory talk, I will take in your ideas and wishes. Together we will go through the questionnaire you completed. We look at the blueprints and discuss your expectations regarding cooperation, planning and budget.
Concept design | After the introductory meeting and agreement on the estimate, I start creating a mood board based on the wishes discussed in the orientation meeting. I use this moodboard to visualize and communicate your ideas. The moodboard serves as a guide for the design.
A preliminary design contains several floor plans with different layout recommendations. Each floor plan has its own color and material palette. 3D visualizations are also created for the different layout recommendations. This can help you visualize the design and make the right choices for the final design. In short, a complete interior with thoughtful concepts.
Presentation concept design | The multiple layout recommendations will be presented to you by Lemòire Design. During the presentation of the concept design, I will show you various samples and color palettes. This way you can experience the colors and materials. The best options will be combined together to create the final design.
Final design | After the presentation, the adjustments are made into one final design. This includes the color and material sample package, the furniture selection, floor plans, sections and elevations of the space. The technical floor plan is mapped out to be understood by contractors including things such as custom cabinets, lighting and electrical plans.
The technical floor plan will be converted into full 3d visualizations giving you a proper idea of the final design. A renovation or new build is not an easy time period, you have to make countless difficult decisions. Through 3D visualizations you have a clear view of the design making it easier to make choices. In addition, 3D visualizations allow you to give a clear communication to the contractors. With a clear visualization contractors can make more accurate estimates. This allows you to avoid mistakes, unnecessary work, delays and extra costs.
Creating 3D visualizations is a comprehensive part of the work, as every aspect is drawn out one by one in the program. Because it is a customized advice, no ready-made interiors are cut into them as you know from TV programs. There is time in good photo-realistic 3d custom visualizations. And that is precisely the added value. The 3D visualizations are extremely important in interior advice for these reasons. That's why Lemòire Design offers this as standard in every package.
Project Management | Optionally you can choose to have Lemòire Design manage the building team and maintain good communication between all parties for an extra charge.
Styling and delivery | When the work is complete, Lemòire Design will style and decorate the interior. Then meet with you to discuss the future maintenance recommendations of the furniture and used materials. Lemòire Design will take portfolio pictures of the finished project.
